Lead - Design - Real Estate (12-18 yrs)
As Lead Design - you will be the Design Custodian of the Organization and lead from the front.
- To lead and oversee multiple projects by collaborating and engaging with internal as well as external teams
- Plans, assigns, supervises, and reviews Structural-Design/ Architectural/ MEP-Design/ Quantity Survey for planning, designing, and cost estimating.
- Driving the preparation and maintenance of cost records which are used in preparing cost estimates of new projects.
- Interact with internal and external Stakeholders to develop requirement-specific solutions.
- Initiate new ideas and innovations in research and design.
- Ensure to provide quality design and on-time delivery.
- Review and approve weekly, monthly, and special progress reports, as needed.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
- B.Arch / M.Arch with 12-15 years of experience managing large projects
- Strong track record - Excellent portfolio of previous works
-Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Teamwork, flexibility, and excellent people management skills
- Stakeholder management
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
