Lead - Design - BFSI

Job Description :

- Oversee and shape the overall design strategy and vision for the organization

- Define and manage the UI/UX experience strategy

- Define key design goals and requirements for specific products

- Guide designers on design strategy related to insights, execution, continuous integration, and automated deployment

- Work with Product Managers to align the roadmap to vision during every development

- Synchronizing customer research

- Synthesize customer insights to provide inputs for upgrade

- 7+ years of experience as a UX designer with a deep understanding of the end-to-end design process and artefacts (e.g., user research, task flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to guide consistency across teams)

- 2+ years of experience in a leading design strategy and a team of designers

- MBA with a qualification in design would be a plus
