Lead Delivery Excellence Analyst - IT (8-12 yrs)

- You will have the opportunity to lead transformation conversations with stakeholders at all levels of business driving efficiency targets with the teams
- You will provide thought leadership to the teams you support and interface with other shared service teams to build a strong support system for the delivery organization, auditing, documenting, and sharing best practices
What you will do :
- Work on the creation of knowledge articles, documenting POCs, frameworks
- Identify tools that can be leveraged to improve processes and utilize existing frameworks for process maturity analysis
- Drive insights towards stakeholder business issue resolution within the team
- Engage with stakeholders (external & internal) and have relevant conversations
- Conduct project review meetings with stakeholders on a periodic basis
- Leverage process checklists and project audits to ensure project quality assurance
- Drive governance meetings
- Drive deployment and rollout implementation
- Develop a program charter that brings together the business need, the proposed solution, and the preliminary plan for scope, time, and cost
- Control scope changes that affect the program schedule
- Make necessary information available to program stakeholders in a concise and timely fashion, using verbal, textual, and graphical reporting tools
- Support in process definition for knowledge management system
- Support project onboarding through training on delivery standards for the account
- Consult on best practices for projects based on industry standards
- Provide support and implement standards to the delivery teams with some guidance on a needed basis
- Assess compliance and identify risks against the defined standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate degree in Engineering, MBA, or statistical analysis background would be a plus
- 8 - 12 years of professional experience and exposure to the IT service/product engineering Industry.
