Lead - Dark Store Operations We are looking for an experienced operations leader to drive the expansion and operational excellence of a large-scale dark store network. The role will be responsible for end-to-end dark store operations, network expansion, inventory management, fulfillment, productivity, and customer experience while ensuring strong unit economics and operational efficiency. Candidates from leading Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, or Supply Chain organizations with experience in dark store operations, fulfillment, and rapid scaling environments will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end dark store operations across multiple locations. - Drive network expansion through new store and city launches. - Own inventory management, replenishment, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy. - Improve fulfillment efficiency, productivity, and service-level performance. - Establish scalable operating processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks. - Partner with cross-functional teams including supply chain, logistics, technology, customer success, and commercial teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, analytics, and process optimization. - Manage workforce planning, capability building, and performance management across operations teams. - Monitor key business metrics and drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and profitability. - Lead stakeholder management with internal teams, vendors, and strategic clients. Ideal Candidate: - 5-8 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail Supply Chain, Warehousing, Fulfillment, or Logistics Operations. - Proven experience managing dark stores, fulfillment centers, rapid commerce operations, or large-scale distribution networks. - Strong exposure to network expansion, city launches, inventory management, and last-mile operations. - Experience leading large teams and managing multi-site operations at scale. - Strong understanding of operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and unit economics. - Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes in high-growth environments. - Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
