Job Description :
- A Minimum of 10 years experience, with at least 6 years in designing and managing CX for SAAS and enterprise B2B products
- Experience in Education space, and prior experience working with Schools is must
- Experience working with Schools & School groups in different geographical regions (India, MENA, Africa) is preferred
- Proven leadership experience in customer success in B2B context is must
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
