Lead - Customer Strategy & External Branding - Conglomerate (20-25 yrs)
Job Description:
- Based on customer research, market intelligence and business understanding:
a. To have a customer strategy that remains updated and relevant in a fast-evolving world, within and outside
b. To help define and design the 'face' of the Group, through External Branding
c. To keep relevant the Brand Purpose, Brand Architecture, customer segmentation and visual and verbal vocabulary that recognizes the Group's vision for not only today, but also hereafter
d. To identify and amplify opportunities and key messages through external branding and communications, including ATL, BTL and out of home
e. To aid and partner the other Leads in its amplification through the Digital world, and other focused opportunities (eg. Asset Branding, Branded Properties and Sponsorships) and customer segments (eg. Employees)
- Will be the custodian of the Brand Guidelines; creating, updating, keeping relevant, and implementation
- Work with diverse stakeholders to drive the Customer and Brand agenda and related initiatives
- To keep the defined Dashboard as the key metric of success, insights and course correction
