Lead - CRM/Lifecycle Marketing - Healthcare (5-8 yrs)

Role Summary :

We are looking for an awesome CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the strategy and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, ranging from the first click to retention and renewal initiatives, with a focus on instilling loyalty within our ever-growing customer base. This is a high impact, a fast-paced role which needs someone with a good understanding of consumer tech marketing, analytics and product.

Our ideal candidate will have no problem rolling up their sleeves and working directly with customers to understand the wants and needs of the market while ensuring that relevant programs are being created for all stages of the customer journey, segment approach, win-back programs design, communication creation at every stage of the life cycle.

What the role entails - Key accountabilities/ responsibilities :

- Drive the end-to-end user lifecycle journey through various Engagement and Retention strategies. Develop the CRM strategy for retention & reactivation to drive & maintain a constant retention rate across categories.

- Drive all marketing automation activities to develop and execute end-to-end user journeys from onboarding to reactivation.

- Conceptualize and set up automated journey-based campaigns to plug funnel drop-offs. Drive growth and data-driven improvement across the engagement and retention funnel to increase revenue through journey building, customer engagement, and repeat transactions.

- Analyse results, highlight learning, synthesize recommendations, and drive growth strategy. Perform extensive campaign analysis daily, weekly, monthly to find growth opportunities.

- Think of creative concepts to convert and engage active users, activate dormant users, and support in preparing and executing monthly marketing calendars for various retention campaigns.

- Creating weekly and monthly marketing plans and budgets for our different channels. Tracking the success of different online marketing activities.

- Enhancing the efficiency of our digital marketing activities through marketing automation.

- Formulate and direct the overall marketing and communication strategy (online) for all retention channels, to achieve the desired audience, reach, and targets.

- Contribute to customer life cycle management and building marketing capability and spend to track and measure effectiveness.

- Work with marketing agencies as and when required.

What we are looking for in you :

- Significant experience in all gamut of retention marketing channels (Email, SMS, In-app, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Telegram)

- A proven track record of delighting customers and creating successful marketing programs aimed at customers.

- Strong experience in accelerating customer engagement, improving customer retention, and optimizing the user funnel. Preferable work experience in the E-commerce industry

- Strong communication skills. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors.

- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

- A passion and strong understanding of developer customer personas and the landscape.

- Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies

- Hands-on knowledge of campaign management & tools in-depth knowledge of digital platforms.

Requirement :

- Total 5+ years experience. Minimum 3 Years in CRM, Lifecycle and/or retention marketing at eCommerce, Consumer Technology or HealthTech organization.

- Required Knowledge of popular marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, A/B testing tools.

- MBA from a premium institute
