ROLE SUMMARY :

Credit Controllership and maintenance of the branch hygiene through prudent hind sighting activities, post disbursement documentations management, managing internal & external audits along with end to end process management PMAY scheme (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana scheme) related queries.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS :

- Validate the underwriting process on ground through prudent audit checks and execution of robust Hind sighting framework thereby ensuring branch hygiene

- Post disbursement document management

- Play a key role in creation of design and in customer need fulfillment process for the PMAY ensuring that the claims are settled within TAT

- Managing vendors (RCU vendors, lawyers, etc.) and their billing settlements

- Provide Feedback to Policy team based on the intelligence gathered on ground

- Internal and external audit related activities
