Designation: Credit Manager - Lead - Working capital.

Experience: 6-12 years

Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

- To oversee, guide, and develop the whole Credit Team in order to maintain team morale and engagement.

- Encourage a culture of cooperation at work.

- Underwrite & making proposals of Working Capital Finance (Fund & Non Fund based).

- Make sure that cases are written to the appropriate standard and that appropriate training is provided to enable the branch business aim to be achieved.

- Engage with customers, comprehend the industry, and keep a regular eye on new born and delinquencies.

- To evaluate creditworthiness, consider performance history in addition to liquidity, debt/asset management, and profitability measures.
