Job Title: Cost Transformation Lead Automotive EV Client

Location: Bangalore, India (sponsored accommodation and travel)

Contract Duration: 2 years (Starting April 2025)

About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years in the automotive industry to lead a cost transformation initiative for our Automotive EV client in Bangalore.

- This is a 2-year contractual role starting in April 2025, where the selected candidate will be responsible for driving cost-saving strategies and ensuring their implementation, while working closely with the client on-site.

- The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, high commitment, and the ability to manage cost-saving projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage cost transformation projects for the Automotive EV client over the duration of the contract.

- Identify, recommend, and implement cost-saving ideas and initiatives across different functions of the organization.

- Work directly with the client to understand their challenges, goals, and priorities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute cost-saving strategies effectively.

- Regularly track and report on the progress of cost-saving initiatives, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.

- Provide continuous updates to senior stakeholders and clients on the status and outcomes of the transformation initiatives.

- Take full ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and execution.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with exposure to Electric Vehicles (EV).

- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving strategies and managing cost transformation projects.

- Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, delivering tangible results.

- High commitment to a 2-year contractual role, starting from April 2025.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.

- Willingness to be on-site in Bangalore for the duration of the project.

- Background in project management, cost management, or similar areas is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working on projects related to Electric Vehicles (EVs) or in the automotive EV sector.

- Familiarity with industry-specific cost-saving strategies in the EV space.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
