Summary of Role Responsibilities :
- Business partnering
- Participate in strategy development
- Drive corporate training initiatives
- Design and deliver learning solutions
- Facilitate learning workshops
- Support regional TT team as needed
Key Job Responsibilities :
Business Partnering
- Understand and align to talent transformation department priorities and goals
- Identify learning needs by consulting with stakeholders
- Tailor the learning and provide solutions/ approaches / methodologies to suit organization's perspectives and business requirements
- Research and bring L&D best practices and trends into the discussions to suggest and recommend solutions
- Be the sounding board for the business functions
- Partner with HR teams for culture building and employee engagement
Planning and Strategy
- Support Head of TT in creating a learning organization through strategizing, visioning, innovating and creating learning pathways
- Manage the corporate training budgets
- Support regional TT teams when required for creating and implementing learning initiatives
Training Operations Management
- Drive corporate training initiatives that meet development needs of employees and improves business performance
- Publish and manage corporate training calendar
- Manage resources, including working with both internal employees/stakeholders and training vendors to design, create and deliver training
- Review, publish and present training analysis through agreed MIS formats
Learning Design and Delivery
- Design, develop and review training content for identified topics
- Design and implement leadership/behavioral development programs
- Create and maintain participant workbook, facilitator guides, power point presentations and other learning artefacts as needed
- Facilitate learning workshops on assigned topics as a subject matter expert (SME)
- Ensure course effectiveness, analyze findings and take corrective actions
- Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) programs for intra and inter teams as required
- Use innovative techniques to sustain learning beyond the classroom
- Recommend and use appropriate learning technologies (E-learning, LMS, Simulations, Gamification, AI, ML etc.)
- Adapt non-conventional/innovative learning avenues (theatre, music, community learning platforms
etc.)
