Lead - Corporate Relations - NGO/Social Service

Lead - Corporate Relations is responsible for execution of plans defined for the Corporate Relations vertical. Engaging with the corporates, Relationship management / Acquiring new Corporate Partners, supporting the volunteers, managing events are some key responsibilities of this role. Make sure the Corporate Partner always leaves with a Aha ! feeling.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Corporate Relationships :

- Spend time and effort in understanding the corporate sector, CSR spends, volunteer engagement programs and domains they are interested in

- Understand the corporate partners of the org., their CSR mandate and their focus on domains and communities

- Engage with the corporate to update them on progress of programs; share utilisation certificate; send out quarterly/ annual reports

- Coordinate with the Community Engagement team to write out proposals for potential corporate partners

- Support the Chief Relations Officer to share updates, utilisation certificates, progress on program with various NGOs

Volunteer Relationships :

- Evolve the Events Calendar for the year with the help of Community Engagement Team and publish it to all key stakeholders

- Engage with the corporate partners and volunteers during events to help them build perspective about the development sector

- Coordinate specific volunteering events and trouble shoot any issues during implementation of these events

- Coordinate with the Community Engagement team to ensure corporate programs/ events have been implemented as per the Events calendar

- Coordinate with the Communications and Branding team to ensure key events with corporate are highlighted on social media/ on the website

- Accompany and facilitate ad-hoc and planned corporate visits to NGOs and communities

SELECTION CRITERIA :

Experience : At least 5 - 7 years of work experience {At least 2 years of experience in the social sector ( preferred )}

Education : Post graduate (any other additional, suitable qualifications will be an added advantage)

Languages needed : English, Hindi (and any other regional languages)

Skills : Ability to multi task towards deadlines, interpersonal skills, coordination and event management skills, collaboration, enterprising personality with strong presentation and communication skills

Other requirements : Corporate experience will be valuable
