Lead - Corporate Planning - Aviation (8-14 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in the business planning exercise of the company- cost and revenue forecasting, prepare pro-forma financial statements, carry out valuation and prepare presentation for the Management/Board/Shareholders.
- Determine the optimal financial structure for the aircraft, coordinate with financiers to secure aircraft financing, manage relationship with all parties involved.
- Aircraft procurement- handle the technical and commercial closure of the aircraft RFP, prepare aircraft evaluation model, and liaison with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the fuel procurement exercise as part of which negotiate with vendors for timely commercial closure of the annual procurement exercise, monitor monthly reports, and manage relationship with all parties involved.
- Perform commercial due-diligence as part of contract negotiation/renegotiation exercises.
- Run economic evaluation for corporate development, right-sourcing and any other projects serving the business need of the company
Skills & Attributes:
- Advanced financial modelling skills and proficient in MS Office
- Ability to interpret and derive meaningful results from financial statements and large data sets
- Self-starter and strong eye for detail
- Effective communication skills
