Lead - Corporate Placements & Career Services - EdTech

- We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India.

- Our client is a very large and established organization in the domain of Education services and EdTech.

- They are growing rapidly and are creating several new Digital driven edtech offerings for the professional & Student community.

- They are looking for a Lead Corporate Placements and Career Services for their organization.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Create and Manage good relations with mid to large sized organizations across India.

- Identify opportunities for a large number of placements within corporates.

- Work with organizations to create special courses wherein students and professionals could be placed.

- Bringing corporate paid mandates including source-train-deploy mandates from clients.

- Fostering strategic relationships with key companies and tapping new organizations.

- Branding and positioning by utilising the social media platform's and other digital means to promote the division.

- Strategic initiatives to digitise the placement process and bring scale in operations and smooth client interaction.

- Create Partnerships with hiring affiliates/decision makers.

- Drive a consistent hiring and placement message with strategic clients.

- Consolidate MIS and performance across programs.

To qualify for this position you should :

- Have 12+ years of experience.

- Have strong experience in building Industry Outreach & Partnerships.

- Have an existing & active relations with large organizations.

- Have experience of placing large number of candidates with corporates.

- Have experience in working for an EdTech.

- If working with universities then have worked on non-degree courses placement.

- Outcome driven mindset and Willingness to travel often.

- Have excellent communication skills.
