- Reporting into the VP HR, the incumbent will drive the HR agenda and HR Strategy for the organisation.
- The incumbent will be responsible for designing and monitoring systems, templates and structures for effective implementation of strategies
- 18-19 years of relevant experience in Organisation Development interventions and change management
- Strong experience of having worked with large established organisations in Manufacturing space
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead strategy
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
