Lead - Corporate Finance Operations - NBFC (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities : (Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following) :

- Leading the entire Operation Unit PAN India with acute leadership skills

- Business Intelligence : Ensuring that key metrics are tracked, reported and analysed

- Troubleshooting issues notified by the Client and providing an independent analysis. Put together case studies from the analysis

- Process Improvements : Identify opportunities for improvement and either lead projects or facilitate them

- Transitions : Assist the onsite through mapping of processes identified for transition

- Team Leadership : Motivate and provide direction to the process control team

- Working on any Projects identified by the Head-Operations

- Generates ideas about future activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market and competitors

- Closely works with Functional Heads for company strategy and priorities

- Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources

- Ensures that the operations complies to all policies and procedures relating to lending business and influences any changes necessary to meet statutory requirements

- Spends time with internal and external stakeholders to understand and identify business critical issues in order to ensure the customer delight

- Takes a lead role in building a strong culture with the operations team; spends time coaching Regional/ Central Operations Managers, identifying skills and opportunities for development; provides advice and guidance when needed

- Works with the HR Business Partner to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to

- Proactively manages and reviews the performance and progress of Regional Operations Managers and their regions, sets objectives and targets

- Regularly produces and presents a range of analysis reports to the department heads.
