Detailed Job Description
- Understand the Full Funnel conversion for D2C business and work across performance marketing levers of Google Display Network, AdWords, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and new age digital platforms ( OTT e.g. Hotstar, Amazon Prime video, Netflix etc.)
- Understanding of TG, Cohorts and sharper audience targeting with A/B testing of campaigns
- Strong RoI driven campaigns with defined objectives for CAC, LTV, AOV, CTR, CPC, ROI and good handle on analytics and marketing automation
- Familiarity and high degree of proficiency on Google Display Network, SEM, Facebook, Plug-ins for CRM ( Yellowmessenger, chatbots etc.) and Marketing Automation ( Clever tap, Webengage)
- Data first and analytics based approach to decision making- familiarity of Google Analytics, FB Pixel, setting up Tracking events, Clicks and UTMs and making all decisions for campaign management based on data
- Understanding of remarketing and retargeting along with loyalty and CRM building activities & campaigns
- Channel mix and budget planning in line with predefined KPIs and right course-correction
- Ability to work with stakeholders across tech, revenue & growth management, creative & brand marketing team within the organization and external stakeholders e.g. partner agencies
- Preferred past experience: performance marketing at a leading/new-age digital agency or managing a D2C brand/ new age brand with exposure to all the above skill sets. 4-5 years of prior experience
- Preference for certifications/ online courses on Performance Marketing for upskilling evidence- and clear demonstrations of campaigns run in the recent past
