Lead - Corporate communications MNC FMCG
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated communication strategy including public relations, executive communications, social media, brand, CSR, employee communications and intranet storytelling on our internal social platform.
- Oversee all internal and external communication efforts, including but not limited to press releases, newsletters, social media, website content, and advertising campaigns
- Partner with stakeholder to provide guidance and direction on key projects pertaining to internal and external comms.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with the company's goals and values
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists to secure media coverage.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to adapt and localize global communications Programs and campaigns.
- Manage and engage with agencies on variety of projects and initiatives while maintaining appropriate project timelines to meet required deadlines.
