As Lead Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for building and growing the company resonance among Customers, Prospects, Partners and Internal Employees.

What you will do:

Social Media

- Brainstorming and executing social media campaigns on Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook to build strong Authority of Mettl- 's product, Technology, and work culture.

- Managing social monitoring engine by paying close attention to the voice of customers on social media, Blogs and forums. Devising strategies to build customer loyalty and trust

- Building innovative strategies to reach top influencers in the target audience, nurturing the relationships.

PR

- Working closely with PR agency in defining company- 's PR strategy at overall Brand, Corporate, Technology, New Product Launches & Innovation

- Building the company authority in the media by developing strong relations with top journalists, influencers and Industry thought leaders. Devising innovative strategies to amplify key message with target audience by leveraging media relations during product and thought leadership launches

- Defining and Monitoring key metrics to measure PR success and ROI. Re-calibrating strategies basis the success matrix

Events

- Devising innovative strategies to curate and manage thought leadership events for the company from conception to execution

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 5+ Experience in brand management/PR & Events preferably in a B2B setup with deep understanding in Digital marketing.

- Education Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 B School (Top IIMs, ISB, FMS,MDI, XLRI)

- A hustler who loves to build and nurture relationships

- One with long term vision but a strong bias towards Execution

- Someone who is analytical, and data-driven in decision making

- A storyteller with excellent command over English writing and communication skills.

- Challenge status quo and thrive on new ideas

- Comfortable in multi-tasking and managing multiple complex issues at one time.

Experience: 5 to 7 years
