Lead - Corporate Alliance - Education

Are you a marketing professional with deep interest in the education sector wanting to work with a leading university near Delhi? You must have been into a marketing role focused on corporate tie-ups, corporate partnerships and building fruitful relationships with CXOs in India's top organizations for placement of students.

- To qualify you must have at least 8 years of experience in finding great opportunities for students through corporate tie-ups and managing relationships at CXO level. 

- You must be someone with strong experience in leading a team and managing relationships with existing corporate relationships as well as expand the base.

To fit the bill, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding of both business and education.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing and executing an annual strategy to achieve the overall objective of the team

- Interact with Corporates for training and placement activities for Graduate and Post Graduate students from the institution.

- Offline & Online Marketing Strategy Planning & Implementation

- Manage teams for brand development.

- Building fruitful relationships with CXOs in India's top organizations.

- Providing effective training and inputs to students related to their careers of interest.

- Effectively interview, hire, train & evaluate team members, with a strong focus on the delivery of quality customer service.
