Dynamics of the Role:
Key accountabilities include:
- Oversee the completion of the work and ensure deadlines are met Monitor and identify issues and risks and ensure mitigation is identified
- Review team members' work for completeness and accuracy
- Support team members with issues and escalations
- Responsible for explaining improvement project and reporting priorities and processes to others
- Ensure proper training and development for other team members
What You Will Bring:
- Applicable degree and 10+ years of relevant continuous improvement and reporting experience in a Shared Services Center environment
- Expertise and certifications in continuous improvement concepts such as Lean Continuous Improvement
- Deep reporting development knowledge and capabilities including visualization tools such as PowerBI.
