When faced with a complex decision, you prefer to experiment quickly and learn vs overanalyzing the problem - You love developing high-level strategy, but equally love getting into the weeds - Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data. - Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM) What you'll be doing every day: As the overall owner of community content: - You will own the growth of community content while making sure of these 3 things in each content piece: Relevant, Reliable and Engaging - Collaborate with user research team to build the content strategy - You will be owning strategy, planning & execution related to content - You will build the content strategy to decide the focus and phasing of content development - Build your own team of content experts/creators in all relevant formats- text, video, graphics, etc and guide them to do great work - Community content management: Base of the community is quality information which users are seeking and your job is to provide that quality information via inhouse team members, external agencies and community members - Follow a proactive approach for the monthly/quarterly content calendar for all relevant platforms - Coordinate with external agencies/organizations(SEO, video SEO, ASO) for strategizing, developing and distributing content - Deal with youtube, blogs(internal/external), twitter, linkedin, reddit, quora, creators, influencers and all other platforms to distribute content - Demand & Supply Strategy: Build content analytics models to understand high performing content categories & formats to build a content supply strategy - Managing content produced by founding members of community and other active providers of community in community forums/QnAs/Tips, etc Impact you will have: - Improving financial life by helping people to make better decisions on money matters - Build a brand which is trusted and is known for quality and expertise. - Impacting at such a big scale is a different ball game
