A Content Services Delivery job opportunity in Mumbai and Kolkata with a leading research organization for an extremely creative and driven professional holding at least 5 years experience in the technical content writing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for researching, strategizing and writing flawless and impactful content based on client guidelines and expectations.

- Managing clients across geographies like the US, UK and India, understanding their requirements, meeting expectations, managing client relationships, and executing projects.

- Developing, Coaching, Motivating, and training team members.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Masters degree in English, Journalism with prior understanding in contemporary content marketing tactics, industry business models & different types of global English (UK v/s US etc.)

- Experienced in delivering complex digital projects, bringing together creative and technical teams to gather, define and prioritize requirements, plan for delivery and execution.

- Excellent writing and editing skills.
