Job Title/Designation : Lead Content Management Experience : 15 to 20 years Locations : Bengaluru/Bangalore Education Details UG Qualification : B.B.A/B.M.S (Any Specialization), B.Com (Any Specialization) PG Qualification : MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization), ICWA (CMA) (Any Specialization) POSITION PURPOSE -&nbsp; The Content Management Lead within the Source to Pay Function is a strategic position that acts as an interface between the Content Creation &amp; the Sourcing Organization. The role is focused on analyzing &amp; monitoring of Content in SAP &amp; Ariba to identify areas of improvement &amp; reduction of value leakage. The Content Management lead develops &amp; executes along with Sourcing &amp; other areas of SSCDN Improvement projects aligned in compliance of Procurement policies. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES -&nbsp; - Strategic Orientation towards building a strong &amp; successful team in Content Management - Support the Governance &amp; Enabling Sourcing Teams. - Provides valuable information to Sourcing, Order Processing and Content Creation to support continuous improvement projects (e.g. in automation and "No Touch" processes). - Utilizes knowledge in systems and business acumen to support the needs for categories of responsibility. - Understands complex category area &amp; engages with stakeholders to meet their priorities and requirements. - Provides regular status updates to senior management recommending strategic and tactical direction and investments, and escalates unresolved issues for resolution. - Handle variety of Contract/Catalogue management tasks, Implementation, upload, maintenance of contracts. - Conduct Data Analytics including Spend Analysis, Catalogue Compliance Analysis. - Analyze volume/value deviations, catalogues without contracts, outdated &amp; unassigned spend on material groups, deviations from Buying channels. - Ability to support stakeholders in understanding Compliance requirements. - Work in close collaboration with Procurement Operations. - Participate in Global Content Management Initiatives organized by Global Process Owners to ensure that the Procurement Strategies are connected and implemented in the Procurement Ops processes. - Adherence to the Global Procurement policy. - Catalogue governance, Continuously review/update in consultation with Category Managers. - Cultivate &amp; streamline catalogues for increased automation &amp; Compliance. - Evaluate the existing catalogue content ensuring that the right product portfolio &amp; catalogue attributes are available to internal business users. - Manage stakeholders across locations to ensure organizational awareness of processes, compliance and content requirements. - Measure progress towards goals, evaluate productivity &amp; team efficiency. - Maintain a robust Process Control Framework &amp; Process governance responsibility. - Manage resources to assist with adhoc projects in Source to Pay. - Establish and contribute collaboration model across SSCDN. - Talent management according to company's strategy &amp; coach &amp; develop the team. - Complies with business standards, policies and procedures including Audit Compliance. - Ability to develop team and/or strategic positions as beneficial and/or multiple process experience. - Responsible for Goal Setting, performance appraisals, talent conversations &amp; Coaching of Leaders/ Hi Pots within the function. - Challenging the status quo and bringing up innovative methods to improve the process/ Process Transformation through Lean Principles, Automation &amp; other transformation initiatives. - Ability to bring standardization in processes across regions &amp; countries. - Utilize procurement systems along with company policies and procedures to ensure most cost effective &amp; efficient method of procuring goods and services. WHO YOU ARE: - University degree/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or comparable. professional education. CMA/CWA qualification would be an added advantage. - At least 15 years of professional experience including at least 8+ years of people management. - Prior Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Content Management, Contracts Management. - Expert/Hands on Knowledge of SAP, SAP-Ariba tools. - Ability to manage, coach &amp; develop team leads/Assistant Managers. - Sharp Analytical Skills &amp; Attention to detail. - Solid/End to End knowledge of Source to Pay Process / Procurement Operations. - Excellent Communication. Leadership &amp; Interpersonal Skills, Self-motivated. - Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver under high pressure. - Very good Office 365 skills.
