We are hiring for Energy Content management Lead in GGN,Mumbai & Bangalore.

The "apt" candidate will be someone who has experience in content management and knowledge management with mandatory exp in ENERGY domain/verticals/industry

Education Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA)

10-12 years of overall experience working in the Energy Industry or consulting roles

Past experience in Content Management and/ or Program Management role is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Defines Industry Content management strategy by understanding strategic investment priorities of Industry Leadership

- Deliver structured, accessible, usable and relevant content. Determines key assets and maintains them

- Ability to work closely with leadership in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment requiring the individual to manage simultaneously several tasks, while paying attention to detail and quality

- Trains and develop the Industry Content team. Ability/ experience in leading a team of 4-5. Will need to coach and mentor junior members in team and organize work efforts of own and other teams to ensure that milestones are met

Role Specific:

- Compare current state to content priorities - identifying content gaps

- Create content management strategy and review with Industry Leadership on a regular basis

- Identify Priority Engagements for Harvesting and identify key resources (- Project Champions- ). Define content placement strategy on Knowledge Management Channels

- Drive content promotion and awareness about available content - leveraging other organizations as needed (ex. Marketing). Execute overall content management program activities including budget management
