Lead - Consumer Research/Market Research - FMCG (7-13 yrs)
Lead Consumer Research / Market Research for a Fast growing organization ! Mumbai
Our client is a very large and established organization in the domain of Education services and EdTech having several National and International partnerships and programs. They are creating several new Digital driven edtech offerings for the professional & Student community. They are looking to hire a smart, young professional to Lead their Consumer Intelligence efforts
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Strategize the customer intelligence unit to generate insights that will help business units to build a product roadmap, take better business decisions
- Collaborate across teams to understand business needs and use data to generate relevant (consumer) insights
- Drive research covering consumers, competitors, and industry to understand user attitudes and their usage of brand products.
- Execute research projects
- Use Analytics that bring data to life using visualization to tell a meaningful story with data.
- Design, build and manage innovative dashboards, scorecards
- Build and manage a team of analysts
To qualify for this position you should have:
- 7+ years of experience in Consumer / Market Research
- Good experience in Data Collection, Collation, Analysis, Reporting
- Have the ability to build and Lead a Team of Analysts
- Have experience in Primary Research, Surveys etc
- Ability to align goals with business, Good verbal skills
- An experience with FMCG or Consumer facing organizations would be a great plus
- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai (Hybrid)
