1. Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer insights strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and brand. positioning.
2. Lead a team of researchers and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and ethnographic research, to gain deep insights into consumer behavior, needs, and motivations.
4. Analyze consumer data, market research, and industry trends to identify key insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for marketing and product development teams.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate consumer insights into brand strategies, messaging, and product innovation.
6. Develop consumer segmentation models and personas to better understand target audiences and inform marketing strategies.
7. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark against competitors, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging consumer trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance consumer insights capabilities and provide thought leadership within the organization.
9. Prepare and present insightful reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to influence decision-making processes.
10. Foster strong relationships with external research agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality research outputs and efficient project
11. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in all consumer research activities.
