Lead - Consulting - Electric Vehicle/Automotive (8-15 yrs)
Role description
- Lead/manage client projects or parts of large projects related to EVs/new energy vehicles.
- Lead pursuits/parts of large pursuits related to EVs/new energy vehicles.
- Manage client relationships during projects/pursuits.
- Develop POVs/thought leadership related to EVs/new energy vehicles to grow the Company brand strength in the Indian market.
Background/Experience
- 8-15 years of progressive work experience in Consulting firms/OEMs.
- Prior project or work experience in the area of EVs, Electric Infra/New Energy Vehicles
a. Market entry & growth, customer strategy.
b. New business models, future of mobility.
c. EV infra, EV ecosystem design & development.
- Possesses combination of digital/technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically.
- Led/Managed projects related to the above topics.
- Led/contributed to thought leadership, POCs, solutions/ consulting asset development.
- Ability to structure, analyze and present complex ideas to business leaders and clients.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and resolving conflict.
Education
MBA from tier-1 or tier-2 school
