Lead/Consultant - SAP HCM - IT (10-15 yrs)
- SAP HCM expertise with 10 to 15 years in Payroll and Time with knowledge of India, South Africa, Malaysia and Philippines.
- SAP HANA knowledge is must (1 implementation would be added advantage)
- Hands on experience on India, South Africa and Malaysia payroll is preferred
- Essential to have minimum 5 end to end implementation experience
- Knowledge on ESS/MSS.
- Hands on experience on HRSP upgrades.
- SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll, Tax Reporter configuration,
- Experience in SAP Time Module
- Experience in SAP HCM configuration, schema development and writing PCRs.
- Expertise in developing payroll functions and operations
- Experience in RICEF
- Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
- Experience with Yearend activities and support packs implementation,
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience executing parallel payroll testing
- Extensive experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Work experience in S/4 HANA
