(Female Candidates Only need to Apply) Job Purpose A global role that is part of a new internal consulting practice with responsibility for delivering strategic consulting programs, driving operational efficiencies and implementing business change. Managing a portfolio of consulting programs and projects globally and cross divisionally across the diverse functionality of Commercial, Scientific and Operational Services Practices, ensuring effective Project Management (PMO) and Business Process Transformation (BPT). Ensuring that the internal customer relationship is proactively managed and the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project. To work with a diverse internal customer base and PLS leadership team to identify, pursue and execute business development opportunities that will ensure an expansion to the consulting services that can be offered by PLS to the divisions in line with the overall PLS strategy. Major Accountabilities - Support Business &amp; Operational Consulting leadership to drive the strategic delivery plan - Work with Account Managers, BSE leads and internal customers (Global functions, regional management and country management) and PLS practices to understand the consulting opportunity pipeline and work to convert this into customer projects - Build and manage key stakeholder relationships, initiating sales processes with internal customers - Identify opportunities to expand Business &amp; Operational Consulting offerings and develop service offerings to customers - Develop consulting tools and methodologies for delivering consulting project opportunities - Build, organize and sustain multi-disciplinary program and project teams - internal customer, functional, IT, third party - Facilitate and drive change in a heavily networked environment through senior stakeholder engagement and management - Lead and drive major internal customer transformation programs and projects, including solution development and implementation, so that they: - Achieve successful outcomes for all managed projects - Ensure the solution is properly designed and implemented according to the relevant project methodology and approach agreed with customer - Ensure deliverables are prepared within the relevant project delivery methodology, managing project risks, where required - Ensure appropriate compliance with other compliance frameworks, as appropriate, including: NP4, POP, NFCM, IGM, ICE - Support management of the project portfolio through regular status reporting and stakeholder management updates - Line manage local consulting resources, as the team develops, including: - Senior consultants - Consultants Must have skills : - A proven change agent with significant project and program management experience from a Top 5 consulting firm, having successfully led complex, multi-functional projects in a large corporate environment - Managed a Portfolio of Complex Consulting Projects - Strong Stakeholder experience - Develop Consulting tools &amp; methodologies - Process Consulting Experience - Lean Six Sigma, RPA, Design Thinking. - Business Process Reengineering - Process Designing and Modelling - Transition &amp; Business Transformation - Global Exposure - Should have led Complex Consulting engagements - Project/Program Management experience - Preference will be given for Diversity candidates
