Job Description :

- Primary responsibility is to support and drive strategic business projects for Company Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee, with the aim of maximizing economic value and securing future competitive advantage.

- Plan, develop, and lead projects, based around key Company products in major markets, that -Deliver substantially greater outcome improvement than from the product alone.

- Deliver substantially greater financial rewards based on this.

- To design and deliver an organization-wide capability building program to build a cadre of leaders within Company Divisions who can lead such projects and further build capabilities in colleagues

- Corporate Strategy : The strategy manager drives and manages 1 strategic project at any time from project scoping, creating content and managing of stakeholders to generating insights, and preparing outputs which enable informed decisions.

- In addition, he/she drives and supports Head of Strategy and Directors in driving their project and work streams.

- Actively contribute to annual 5-year strategic planning process as well as lead and support benchmarking the performance of company in relation to industry.

- Develop network of functional experts and strategy managers across Company -Healthcare Systems

The manager plans, develops and leads projects which include the following :

- Sourcing across top products and markets -Building cross-functional project teams, including Healthcare

systems (HCS) project supporters

- Coaching and supporting senior team members to drive projects in line with outcomes - playbook

- Coordinating project activities with Outcomes Delivery Center -Design and deliver organization-wide capability building program, including designing program goals and developing RFP Good knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in context of Pharma / Healthcare Lifesciences

Key objective of the role is to support transformation, stabilization & standardization of services & processes across Company through the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program.

- As a matrix organization, this role will operationally report to LDC SPEX leader and functionally to LDC Global Process Owner (GPO) / Global Service owner (GSO). Lean Digital Core (LDC) is a multi-year (5+) business and digital transformation program to future-proof the processes and technologies which enable the core capabilities required to successfully operate our business models.

- LDC will simplify the way we work and allow us to leverage data for digital innovation at scale - Objective of this role is to design future state process (4th Gen) in PLM along with the technology and process experts using industry leading methodologies.

- Post designing this role will support the deployment of standardized process and maintaining of the matures processes across all Company entities and geography.

Further, the role is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders in the areas of process design, service excellence, continuous improvement, governance and process mapping to deliver best in class and standardized processes & Services

- Partnering with the Solution architects, domain teams to create a 4th Gen process map in PLM

- 95% + convergence for the transformed processes

- Effectiveness of standardization and process & service improvement initiatives

Preferred background :

- Management Consulting experience

- MBA

- Manufacturing or Pharma experience
