Lead Consultant - Executive Search (10-20 yrs)
- The Lead Consultant will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and assessing top-tier executive talent for our clients.
- The successful candidate will work closely with our Managing Director and clients to understand their business objectives and staffing needs.
- This role requires a highly skilled professional who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business and staffing needs
2. Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates and market trends
3. Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier executive talent
4. Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing to offer management
5. Interview candidates and assess their suitability for roles, ensuring they meet the client's requirements
6. Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients
7. Act as a key point of contact for both clients and candidates, providing regular updates on recruitment progress
8. Negotiate offers and manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth transition for both the candidate and client
9. Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to facilitate successful placements and future business development
Desired Profile :
1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
2. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition
3. Proven track record of placing executive-level talent in various industries
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
7. High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and tact
