Opening - Lead Compliance Audit for a leading FMCG, Bangalore. This role is responsible for design, planning and implementation of risk assessment and risk management strategy for India Manufacturing operations in line with global policies & standards and local Indian statutory requirements. The person will ensure compliance to Indian statutory requirements across all manufacturing units in India&nbsp; - Conduct mandatory and periodical audits with key stakeholders, deploying the statutory audit requirements&nbsp;across manufacturing facilities including own- and third-party facility and ensuring adherence and escalation of Non&nbsp;compliances to senior management. - Stipulate and deploy guidelines of Risk mitigation and Governance to concerned stakeholders - Monitor the effectiveness of the sites scheduled self-assurance program against the requirements of Risk&nbsp;Management Standards, policies and procedures. - Provide clarity to Site operational teams delivering compliance agenda, by clarifying the relationship between&nbsp;business accountabilities and risk and increasing the site managements commitment to deliver the Governance&nbsp;agenda Educational Qualification - CA/B.Tech preferred
