Lead - Compensation & Rewards - Consumer Products (13-16 yrs)

The role holder will be primarily responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing Compensation and Benefits programs.

The role holder will also monitor salary structures, ESOP structure & payments, annual & performance linked rewards, balance the staffing needs with cost controls and ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision.

Positions reporting : C&B team

Critical Tasks

- Design and lead the Compensation and Benefits policies and practices

- Monitor and design salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining the right talent;

- Research and analyze salary trends,undertake bench marking exercises covering competitive employers within & outside the sector;

- Drive Annual Compensation Surveys, Salary planning, Structuring Incentives, Develop annual variable & pay for performance schemes & ESOP Policies from time to time.

- Design, develop and implement new benefit packages - ensure competitiveness and relevance of salary structures in line with legal and statutory requirements;

- Work closely with Head HR in area of Executive Pay

- Lead various HR Projects/ Interventions

- Train and act as an internal consultant to HR Business Partners and Line Managers on matters related to Job Evaluation and Compensation and Benefits

- Lead the HR Budget process and ensure the same is in sync with Business prerogatives and Plan

Work Experience:

- Having 13 - 16 years of experience in HR and Compensation and Benefits, having led the function in a large corporate set up.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal skills with ability to connect with colleagues at different levels
