About our client:

Our client is a global Services brand with a significant presence in the India market. They are widely considered to be pioneers in the space that they operate in. As a part of their growth in India they are now a 500 people origination and are looking to hire a Compensation & Benefits lead who reports into the CHRO

- Job Description

Reporting to Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Design and Implement compensation programs through analysis, reporting and modeling

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance and other relevant departments to develop Total Reward offer package

- Manage merit cycle, bonuses etc. and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness

- Implement bouquet of incentives in line with trends to keep workforce engaged

- Ensure Data accuracy of compensation details across HRIS platforms

As a Successful Applicant:

- Come with 7-10 years of relevant experience working in the C&B CoE of new age companies. You come with a strong domain experience and have worked on Compensation strategy. You should have strong communication skills and executive presence coupled with great senior stakeholder management skills.
