Lead - Compensation/Benefits & Rewards - Insurance (12-15 yrs)
Reporting to the Head HR your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Design and Implement Reward strategies for the employee base and largely field force centric fr the Insurance Sales Force
- Manage Compensation&variable pay plans and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness
- Develop and execute Variable Pay Plan linked to company and individual performance
- Implement bouquet of incentives in line with trends to keep workforce engaged
- Manage the HRIS transformation & Digitization as well
- This is a people management role
Candidate should come with the below qualification:
- A Masters in HR from a reputed B school
- A background in Insurance is a must have
- Total of approx 15 years experience
- Experience in HR Technologies is an added advantage
