Lead - Compensation/Benefits & Rewards - BFSI (6-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plan and design the company's rewards philosophy, strategy and policy across the organization

2. Support job architecture and employee compensation programs through reporting, modeling, and ad-hoc analysis

3. Assist with salary reviews, incentive compensation plans, and market benchmarking

4. Ensure compensation data accuracy across HRIS platforms

5. Provides guidance, advice, analysis and training of Employee Experience team in connection with Compensation and Benefits policies

6. Monitors internal, external and peer group compensation and benefits data/trends to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of Compensation and Benefits programs

7. Helps to plan and develop benefits programs, typically evaluates cost and competitiveness and effectiveness of the programs

8. Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and implementation for day-to-day rewards operations to various stakeholders

9. Developing, modifying and executing all compensation and benefits programs and policies that affect immediate operations

10. Participate in projects and activities based on business requirements

11. Should understand managing and creating incentive structures, Long term Incentive Plans, Restricted Stock Units and ESOPs
