- Handling C&B India program, determining the payout for the annual variable salary, Flexi basket options for tax saving.
- Effectively aligned the Compensation structure in the organisation due to change in the Statutory norms
- Responsible for creation and revamping existing company policies.
- Publish HR dashboards/ reports of metrics such as attrition data, budgeted vs. actual manpower, cost analysis on manpower, loading cost, Avg employee rate, etc. on weekly/ monthly basis
- Managing payroll for the Pan India employee base
- Making continuous updates (as required) to role level goals / metrics & templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the metric
- Ensure competitiveness by ensuring organization movement is in line with Industry movement
- Enabling retention of high critical, high risk or employees with niche skills through targeted investments
- Designing and implementing effective policies, benefits depending on the organisation need
