Objective (Purpose of the Job)

Managing the compensation, controlling processes, and Performance Management. Responsible for creating and tracking compensation system, benefit portfolio, implementing controlling, budget management, and reporting mechanisms in place. Responsible for adopting the comp & ben rules in alignment with overall organization strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Aligning reward strategy practices of the organization with overall HR and organizational philosophy

- Responsible for designing compensation and benefits programs and conducting job analysis and job evaluation

- Manages, reviews and updates the bonus and incentive schemes to reflect the business needs

- Manages annual compensation projects, e.g. pay increases, and bonuses to ensure processes, timelines, and rigorous data integrity standards are met

- Participates in salary surveys, analyzing data to support data requests and to build salary structures

- Research market data to advise and support HR in recruiting and retaining employees

- Stays abreast of legal and market practices in respect to compensation

- Delivers the compensation-related reports and analysis

- Responsible for running the guidelines for performance management cycle and Performance Improvement Plan and updated the system if required basis business needs

- Responsible for formulating the job family framework and pay ranges for hiring purposes

Required Know-how and Skills :

- Advance Excel

- Proven expertise 10 years in the compensation and benefits field and related areas in the international companies

- Report writing skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HR systems
