Role: Lead - Compensation & Benefits Reporting: Head of C&B - The incumbent would be responsible for Compensation, Performance Management, Budgeting & HR Analytics - Responsible for managing the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle, and ensures the successful delivery of performance-based rewards (merit, STI and LTI planning outcomes). Handling the entire performance management program and process including rollout, system management, data inputs and impact analysis at Business and Entity level - Designing sales incentives across 60 plans and using analytics around that - Responsible for Compensation Benchmarking exercise - Understanding business strategy and alignment of compensation philosophy and rewards - Designing and structuring of short & long term variable pay and incentives with impact simulation towards an effective rewards program - Designing Job Evaluation framework/ Setting out Job Descriptions - Making profitability dashboards - Organisational analytics - Managing HR Analytics with focus on Compensation and Rewards, Productivity, Attrition - analysing & presenting relevant data to Senior Management - Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including excel, PowerPoint and database management - Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds- There will be a considerable interaction with senior business leaders. - Researching and reading data and reports - Ability to make judgements and decisions on confidential matters, and plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices
