Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to plan and analyse and recommend trends on Compensation & Benefits for the organization, managing the end-to-end process and defining compensation banding for all levels to ensure cost to skill ratio. The role will be responsible for driving the Performance Management system, Compensation benchmarking, Job Evaluation and the design and roll-out of Sales compensation interventions, to ensure employee satisfaction and adherence to statutory compliance and audit standards with aligned objectives to support the business goals. Principal Accountabilities: 1) Plan, initiate, and monitor the salary & benefits budgeting process 2) Ensure smooth management of HRIS for the organisation to ensure that employee records are maintained and updated in a timely manner 3) Plan, initiate and drive the benefits programs for the organisation to ensure a balanced mix of cash and benefits offered to employees as per the organisation strategy and philosophy 4) Initiate and drive the annual performance management cycle 5) Drive the job evaluation exercise as per prevalent structures and roles 6) Drive the effective design and delivery of sales compensation to enhance variabilization and alignment to business objectives 7) Drive the effective design and delivery of sales compensation to enhance variabilization and alignment to business objectives
