Job Description :

Role responsibilities :

- Applicants will be responsible for designing compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short term incentive programs, policy formulation across group entities, budgeting, financial impact analysis and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans.

- Will be responsible to refine market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs / processes in scope and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness.

- Applicants should ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation, design and deployment of various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class practices of governance and employee experience.

- Large change / program management including those that affect the larger organization drive business value and Lead key / strategic initiatives within the practice.

- Applicants will be responsible independently to resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity.

- Applicants should develop and report metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation programs / processes and engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements.

- Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings.

Required Capabilities :

- Applicants should have minimum 6-10 years of experience in core compensation and benefit areas of organization(s) with multi-country operations (or) consulting experience in total rewards.

- Looking out for applicants who have strong analytical and quantitative skills to work with complex data with an emphasis on accuracy and high proficiency in operating with spreadsheets and databases.

- Applicants should have an eye for detail yet understand the larger context to recommend solutions factoring multiple variables and ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to realize shared objectives.

- Education from Top B-Schools would be Preferred.
