Key skills & requirements: - Own and Manage the entire HR Operations portfolio including C&B policies and processes, payroll, HR analytics and HR dashboards - Analyze current processes, identify gaps and recommend process improvement for overall effectiveness - Managing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders - Conducting job evaluations and leading year end appraisal cycles along with HR Ops lead - Is able to ideate around HR strategy and progressive HR - Analyze current processes, identify gaps and recommend process improvement to improve the overall effectiveness of HR - Demonstrate the ability to establish and manage a complex network of key stakeholders - Manage/coordinate the use of web-based tools used for salary review and incentive process management; - Auditing and reporting using HRIS tools (SucessFactors, Leave Management System, Payroll System, insurance) and support outcome delivery through communications, workshops and training - Manage and maintain the classification of roles as well as the regional incentive listing, and provide all data required - Ensure all relevant market data guidance in support of the annual merit increase cycle - Develop and maintain salary ranges across all levels in the Region - Review and propose changes to compensation packages and components bonuses in line with market - Participate in third party compensation & benefits surveys as needed - Actively participate and maintain data to provide competitive policies & benefits to our employees - Adapt and implement C&B policies locally in coordination with local & corporate reward team - Initiate and drive rewards related projects locally and regionally (e.g. sales incentive, benefits alignment, market competitiveness, job levelling and pricing, benefits sourcing) - Ensure reward programs are communicated and understood
