We are looking for Lead C&amp;B for a global education company, in overseas education space. KRA's - Own and Manage the entire HR Operations portfolio including C&amp;B policies and processes, payroll, HR analytics and HR dashboards - Analyze current processes, identify gaps and recommend process improvement for overall effectiveness - Managing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders - Conducting job evaluations and leading year end appraisal cycles along with HR Ops lead - Analyze current processes, identify gaps and recommend process improvement to improve the overall effectiveness of HR - Demonstrate the ability to establish and manage a complex network of key stakeholders - Manage/coordinate the use of web-based tools used for salary review and incentive process management - Auditing and reporting using HRIS tools (SucessFactors, Leave Management System, Payroll System, insurance) and support outcome delivery through communications, workshops and training CTC 35-40 lacs
