Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Manages common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysis.
- Manages common benefits functions, including insurance, retirement benefits and paid time off.
- Ensures that compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy. - May also manage profit-sharing and performance management programs.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Post graduate from a premium college
- 10-15 years of relevant experience - last few years heading C&B / in a supervisory role
- Process driven
