MBA HR from Tier I/ II HR Inst with 5-12 yrs exp
Role
- Ideal Incumbent will be a Subject matter expert for C& B, rewards and PMS
- Will be responsible for reward initiatives in line with overall long term business plans of the organization, Should have relevant exp in Reward Philosophy, Policy Bench marking , Job Evaluation Process Review and Planning., Benchmarking surveys, Executive pay packaging designing etc,
Generalist HR also having min 5 yrs exp in C& B function are also eligible to apply
