Job Description - Opportunity to lead the Pan India C&B portfolio for a globally leading automation player
Client Details
Our client is a globally leading engineering organization with presence across 50+ countries. With the exponential growth in India and sharp vision, they are looking to hire a Pan India Compensation & Benefits Head for approx. 1200 -1500 employees in an individual contributor role based in Noida
Description
Reporting into the Head of HR and APAC compensation & benefits Head, you will work closely with the country HRBP's to drive the compensation and benefits agenda for India as an individual contributor and will be directly responsible for:
- External benchmarking of the organization's pay across the industry and geography
- Work towards studying and introducing more countries to the region and communicate the compensation philosophy/ any changes and analysis
- Job evaluation, analysis of market data and market reference ranges
- Manage/coordinate the use of web-based tools used for salary review and incentive process management;
- Auditing and reporting using HRIS tools (People soft) and support outcome delivery through communications, workshops and training
- Manage and maintain the classification of roles as well as the regional incentive listing, and provide all data required
- Ensure all relevant market data guidance in support of the annual merit increase cycle
- Develop and maintain salary ranges across all levels Pan India
- Review and propose changes to compensation packages and components bonuses in line with market
- Participate in third-party compensation & benefits surveys as needed
- Maintain data on company benefits across India and benchmark externally to ensuring competitiveness
- Interface with APAC C&B teams to ensure data for benefit programmes are captured in People Soft
- Should have a robust understanding of designing and structuring Incentive plans, bonuses, budgeting, pay ranges etc.
Profile
- You will come with 8 -15 years of experience with at least 6-7 years strictly into Pan India or Regional C&B role
- Exposure to different markets, Rewards consulting + Internal C&B is a must have
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with regional and global stakeholders is required
