Compensation & Benefit Lead
Key Result Areas:
- Job/ Role Analysis & Competency Mapping
- Work with Talent Acquisition and business to do Job Analysis and Job Evaluation if required
- Execute or Assist in Competency Mapping
- Create, update & keep the repository of Job Descriptions for the organization
- On a case by case basis inputs might be required for creating compensation offers for leadership roles
Compensation & Market Intelligence:
- Assist the leadership in creating a compensation plan
- Assist the leadership in creating a compensation/rewards positioning of the firm to ensure the right talent is attracted and stays with the organization
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to ensure that our packages remain competitive.
- Conduct / participate in regular salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages are aligned with industry standards.
- Manage the administration of our benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Compliance & HRIS:
- Work with Legal , Finance & Payroll to ensure all Compensation & Benefit programs are compliant to prevailing laws- whether wage, benefits or Tax
- Make sure / Audit regularly Compensation & Benefit data on the HRIS
Person Profile:
- 7-10 years of experience in Compensation & Rewards
- Excellent- Analytical Skills, Financial Acumen, Maket Network & Communication
- Understand basic Statistics and a pro on Microsoft Excel
- Curious and invests time to develop himself/herself
