Lead - Compensation & Benefit - BPO/FMCG (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborates with Business and HR partners in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions, performing job audits as appropriate.

- Researches and analyzes competitive compensation practices in the job market; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops and implements custom surveys as appropriate.

- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation

- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on compensation and other aspects of rewards. Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits

- Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value

- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices

- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports

Requirements

- Proven working experience as a C&B Specialist

- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management

- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Eligibility Criteria: MBA from a premier B-School with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in compensation and rewards space

Key Skills Required:

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- High project management skills, with ability to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills

- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
