Exp: 6 - 9 years Community Content and Insight Marketing Lead (Immediate Joiners welcome) - We are looking to hire a person for the role of community and insights marketing. The research reports provide in-depth insights on technology and business trends impacting the Indian IT-BPM industry, while the Community aims to bring together technology leaders and specialists across the world to debate and evangelize the adoption of technology. The Community and Insights Marketing Lead will a) develop, guide and manage communities by - interfacing with IT-BPM companies and employees, and driving conversations about technology and Organization initiatives; and b) drive content marketing and insights from research studies across multiple social media channels and forums. Basic Function / Job Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for end to end marketing of Research portfolio (Content, Social and Community) - Market Research content across platforms- forums and events, and social media channels - Create collaterals, identify opportunities to channel Research thought leadership, and create strategic alliances - Lead day to day operations, drive content creation, member engagement and participation and ecosystem partnerships to grow the Community - Identify interesting and sharable content from huge pool of content/stories; and create content- articles, newsletters, blogs, mailers &amp; other material for social media channels and collaboration initiatives - Monitor and moderate community participation to ensure that rules of engagement are adhered to, and provide tracking and metrics to communicate and validate interactions - Analyze trends in Social Media channels, conceptualize interesting social media campaigns, manage Research handles and help structure social media strategy Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience : Desires Skills &amp; Expertise : 1. Bachelor/PG degree in a Marketing or Communications-related field 2. 3-5 years of work experience in business development, community building, content management and marketing, and social media marketing 3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios 4. Specific experience identifying and utilizing appropriate content streams: transcripts, articles, surveys, web seminars, podcasts, wikis, blogs, etc 5. Functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress and Jive. 6. Ability to drive Community platform technology development with partners 7. Ownership driven entrepreneurial nature, target oriented work style, strong inter- personal skills, excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition for informed decisions.
